Join Us for Our Quarterly BIPOC Affinity Nursery Program -- Planting Joy!🌿
We are thrilled to invite individuals who self-identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to a special and welcoming nature gathering at the Sutro Native Plant Nursery on Mount Sutro! Led by two facilitators of color, this event offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature and each other, learn about caring for California native plants, and enjoy peaceful mountain art. These gatherings are often followed by a community potluck lunch.
Our theme, "Planting Joy", celebrates the nurturing of the earth, our spirits, and our community. In this welcoming and supportive environment, we will grow together, learn from one another, and create connections, all while cultivating joy and resilience through nature.
We invite you to join us as we sow the seeds of growth, healing, and solidarity!
