About the event
Come join the experts with our trail team for our Sutro Stewards Crew Leader Training Program and become part of the team! Learn the three main categories of crew-leading skills, technical skills and volunteer management skills. This training will be a mandatory 2 day event to maximize learning and handson engagement. Join us via zoom on 10/21 for a seminar on leadership and trail building knowledge. Then on 10/23 we will meet in person on Mount Sutro to practice your new found skills! As you progress through the training, you will have hands-on opportunities to learn trail design and construction techniques, and how to become prepared to supervise your own crew of volunteers.
**Regristration for this event automatically enrolls you in both 10/21 and 10/23 events**

10/21 6-8pm: Classroom Zoom

- 8:30am Sign in at the Aldea Center
- 8:45 Orientation and Technical Skill Building
- 10:00am Hands-on Demonstration
- 12:00pm Lunch on us!
- 12:45pm Hands-on Group Work
- 4:00pm End of Day
