“Healing the Mountain, Healing the Self” brings together community, creativity, and conservation in a day filled with enriching activities, including:
Conservation in Action: Gather seeds native and contribute to habitat restoration efforts.
Creative Expression: Craft stunning wildflower bouquets, screenprint with native leaves (bring a t-shirt!), and experiment with cyanotyping using ferns.
Mindful Moments: Sip mountain-inspired teas, journal in a serene setting, and explore nature’s rhythm.
