In this guided walk through the misty forests of Mt. Sutro, we will honor both the sorrow of environmental loss and the deep love that calls us to care for the earth.

Through mindful walking, sensory meditation, and storytelling, we will attune to the resilience of the land. You will be invited to engage in reflective practices that acknowledge the grief held in your bodies while also recognizing the beauty, wonder, and interconnectedness that inspires healing and action.
